So if Ai-chan wants to publish a chapter following a particular time, and sets the publish time to be 8pm on the main site, will that be 8PM USA time or 8PM Ai-chan's time? For the record, Ai-chan's time is GMT +9.

I've also wondered that, but never asked.... However, I think that the time itself will vary, depending on where you live. No matter what, it will vary. For example, if you live in Asia, no matter when you post a chap there, the time will never be the same in the U.S. because of the different timezones, I believe....

It's based on the timezone you set on your settings.
I tried this only twice, not going to do it ever again.
Because I realise I would go back and revise the scheduled chapter, making scheduled chapters pretty much redundant to me.
It's no fault of ScribbleHub though.

You can set the timezone in the settings. By default it's UTC GMT. And I strongly suggest changing it to your timezone, unless you want to be like this person here and fuck up multiple times.

Your scheduled chapters or anything linked to time is connected to your OWN CHOSEN TIMEZONE in account settings on the site. All scheduled chapters will use that, the same goes for all the timers and such. It's set to the site's one by default if I recall correctly so don't forget to change it.
