Linking to unpublished content?

Time for a dumb question. I'm handling a bit of backlog work that requires me to hyperlink within the interior document (same book separate chapter), and due to the frequent number and usage of the links, is not feasible to do it after publishing. How do I go about gathering the hyperlink details when everything is still in draft mode? Or, is this something that I might simply be able to solve using URL-predictive links?

Just the browser. If I enter preview mode for a draft, it shows a specific link. So in one way I may have answered my own question, but I'm not 100% sure if this link changes on chapter publish.
