So like... only characters that do not have a series before hand.
That means they had to be a video game character before some weirdos made a movie on them.

My vote is Doom Guy.
Now many of you might wonder... why doom guy? isn't he just some marine who has guns?
Well let me tell you my children... Doom guy was this guy who went to mars and then there was an invasion of hell.

Most people be scared when hell comes. They are afraid.
Doom guy however, kills demons.
Doom guy kills lots of demons.
Like it doesn't matter what demon comes, he kills them.
So on mars, he fights off all hell by himself.
Then after that adventure he goes to Earth and then another hell invades.
Then he kills them all again.

Like you see... hell is it's own dimension.
It's supposed to be something that spells the end of the world.
But doom guy out scales hell in power.
Cause they say... it's not doom guy trapped with the demons, it's the demons who are trapped with doom guy.

The Tenno from Warframe are pretty strong. Crouching grants them invulnerability to all damage during Void Mode. The warframes they pilot are beasts themselves, an example would be Atlas, who one-punch-man'ed a meteor into dust. Saryn has lore powers that could give an entire planet super aids in an instant. Limbo is equivalent to a Warp God with quantum reality powers.
If the warframe "dies", the tenno pops out to blast anyone with unreality beams, which "revive" the warframe.
If the tenno "dies" they go back inside the warframe.
They're cannonically responsible for the collapse of the human Empire in the very distant future, are the only ones able to survive a plunge into the void, and generally are regarded as void demons by every faction out there...
And there's a sizeable group of them around the solar system...

The strongest game character would probably be someone from a famous Japanese character-collecting game or visual novel where said character is basically just given the power of the pencil. Fck you Featherine

Any game character becomes an imba if the player uses cheats. If we discuss it within the game stories, they are still all immortal, it's worth downloading a save or starting over. After all, there are puzzles, where everything happens without characters. Vacuum world of cubes - no way to survive. I think only Ralph knows what it is. He beat the internet and the cloud and nobody knows what it is.
