I want to know if there's a website that allows me to create a face or a body depending on the features I select. Kinda like the 'create your character' option you would see in games but more detailed if possible.

charat.me has numerous character creators, you don't need to pay or even login to download the highest quality possible. The site is in Japanese and the ENG button doesn't work for some reason at least for me, but you can get around easily not knowing it.

I’ve been messing around with GenYOU lately, and it’s pretty cool for creating characters and faces from YOUR photos.
