Is it possible to change your username?

I've gone through all of the FAQ and help center and haven't found anything about changing your username. Is it locked in for life? Or is it like Royal Roads, and you have to wait 6 months to change it?

Click your username in the top right, then "account details." There should be a "change" button next to your current handle. Changing it here on the forum will also change it on the main SH site.

Thanks for the reply. I think there must be a lock-in period. I just have a hyperlink on my username that drops me back into the home of my profile. No change button.

Oh, I should have been more clear. I meant here on the forums. Trying to change your username from the main site doesn't work.

Keep in mind that if you change your username on the forum, it WILL also be applied to the main site.

Yeah you can change it, I tried once and again changed to back to try is it working or not.
