However, ever since I was beaten into a coma, I can't draw a straight line. The longer I hold a pen/pencil/writing impliment, the more my hand trembles. I've been seeing these AI created videos and find them rather fascinating. While making an anime would be cool, I think that's a bit far for me. I was wondering if anyone knows of any AI that could convert a story into a manga. I get that you'd have to tell it what do to, frame by frame, but I got lots of time.
Manga is rather simplistic, when you look at it critically. The characters have all the same stock shape, appearance, etc. Yes, backgrounds and what not need details, but if you could have a set stock picture of each character, then the AI does the fine tuning, that's what I'm looking for.
Anyone have any suggestions, or used such a program that they would recommend? I'd prefer a program that I could use for a bit as a trial run, before committing to 39.99 a month, which I have found at a few places by randomly googling. Mostly because I might have all the time in the world some months, and other months, I might not be at a work location where I have internet access for weeks on end.
Since I work nights, I often have many hours a night to spend on projects, as long as they are something I can stop at the drop of a hat. Emergencies do happen, but the hour checks usually are enough. My biggest enemy is staying awake, and so something like turning my books into a manga sounds like it'd be just the time eating project I'm looking for.
And to anyone who goes, "Hire an actual artist", I can't afford one. Maybe if I get a "rough draft" of a AI version of my story done, I'll shop it around to a real artist to use it as a story board to make a REAL manga. For now, this is for my personal amusement, and not a project to make money, so until I get a new Furnace, AC unit, and replace the Roof on my house (BTW, it's triple layered with shingles. That's illegal, something I didn't know when I bought it. So when I finally am forced to fix the roof, the whole thing needs to be torn off and replaced.) I will not have any spare cash to spend on frivolous projects.
Hell, if the monthly fee to do this is more than 20/mth, it'll have to wait until winter, unless I have assurances that the AI could convert a 100k words into a manga in say... a month.
Basically, that's why I'm asking you guys. If anyone of you have experience with this and have recommendations, I'd love to get your opinions and suggestions.
