It's a story from scribblehub which was dropped after some time by the author and it had something along the lines of "I am the Evil Villain" in the title.

The plot was about a creature who collected emotions to sell it to eldritch gods and the creature specialised in collecting negative emotions. It went to a random world and became a villain to gather negative emotions (like hate, disgust, fear) but all the outcomes of it's evil actions comedically turn out to be good and it causes positive emotions with the natives of the world. The positive emotions are like poison to the creature and it gets weakened so it constantly changes identities but all these attempts just backfire.
