I have released 8 chapters day by day and have 8 left for the first volume shall i just post the rest all together or day by day

I think from posts similar to this most people would recommend continuing to post one chapter a day rather than post all chapters at once. It gives more visibility for the viewers.

1 - 2 chs/day is better than posting all the chs unless you are ending your book.

Tell them to come back and complain when you're at 100 chapters and only getting out 1-3 a week (true story... just can't keep up with apparent demand!)
