How much time does it take for series to be public

I uploaded a chapter just 3 hours upload I created the series 5 hours ago.

Did i mess something up or is it normal?

It depends on the admin.

It's normal for it to take up to 24 hours.

Sometimes it takes a bit longer, 2 or 3 days even but it will happen.

Longest I had to wait was about 18 hours. Shortest was six. Usually about 12. But I have only made three public series here.
