Royalroad will be assholes. Try scribblehub and wattpad and webnovel. These sites audiences don't tend to mind much on original translated works.

If you aren't writing in English, it'll depend on the language you're choosing.
I know one of the Japanese sites allows weebs to drop their English novels there, so I imagine they'll accept other languages too.
Was it Kakuyomu or Syosetu? I suppose you'll have to do research.

If you're writing in English despite it not being your native language, there's a few tutorials on this site that can help you improve. I don't have links to all of them offhand, but here's two of them:

FYI, this is a joke. The readers on royal road are very picky (yet still only read the same things) and can be harsh with their criticism.

It still would not hurt to post on multiple websites, you can ignore the meaner comments while accepting the ones with helpful advice.
That explains some things what people had about my story.
