Resolved Help: Story Description Not Being Saved

Yesterday, I tried to update the description of the story I wrote. It looked fine as it is after clicking save details.

However, I noticed after I done finished saving it as usual, when I refreshed it, it was not saved properly.

I thought it would be solved yesterday but turns out not.

I tried again this morning. It still didn't.

So, I'm posting my findings here in the hopes of getting this issue be fixed.
