I am working on a food episode and need for vocab in describing ice cream.

How do you describe and call the ice cream that is churning out from this ice cream machine? A stream of consistent ice cream? A rope of smooth ice cream? Any more precise synonym or other relevant vocab? How would you describe this texture? I want to not repeat too many 'ice cream' words in the paragraph.

Soft-Serv(TM) or just Soft Serve if you want to leave the trademark out.

Yes, but I want to describe how the ice cream flows into the cup/cone. What I want to know is the specific name or how I can call it while it is churning out from the machine and before being wrapped into a shell shape in the container.
