I was about to recommend this japanese novel to the modern technology recommendations thread but I can't find it
I think he died drowning and was reincarnated as a young lady in a medieval world, I don't remember if there was any magic or not though.
He always starts the chapter like a diary for his best friend, like "Dear Tenma" or something.
His best friend is also a very important part of the novel, he's always mentioning him and how he loved him and yadda yadda.
Please help me, you're my only hope.
