Recommendations Fighter/ gunslinger type MC

Looking for MC fighter aka use their fists and legs and maybe some objects in the surrounding to brawl instead of the common sword and spear. Also, they must be up againsting people using weapons like swords and spears of sorts.

I have read Sword of Coming (shame that the MC becomes a sword user), Nova Terra Titan (using a japanese named club and insisting to use the japanese name everytime makes me think that Xavier's a weeb. And I hate his background solely because he reminded me of Master of All's wish fulfilment MC Ren) and nothing else. I kind of hate that, like nobody is taking the fighter class seriously.

Also I would like gunslinging MC, be it revolver, rifle or shotgun. Cuz the Doom Slayer vibe still runs in my veins. I recall a dropped work in SH that featured such a MC, I am one part sad but two part relieved that it was dropped.

it sounds like you're looking for a Berserk / Rurouni Kenshin type of character without the weeb. That sounds cool, and I'm sure in time I'll write someone like that.

My story ‘R. A. T. H’ has a character called ‘Elsa Mont’ who uses fists and legs foremost and a “pulse pistol” or “mana bomb” when needed; though she fights more in a traditional boxing style. However, she isn’t the MC, she’s the MC’s best friend. In addition, there has only been about 3 scenes of her fighting in the first volume, while in the current volume, she’s just about to kick into action.

Well, in my story I have an MC who is supernaturally strong and mostly trained to fight in hand to hand. She also ends up using a 20mm anti-material rifle against angels if that sounds up your ally. She has yet to fight a sword user but there are angels that use melee weapons later in the series.
