Well, sucks to be you! It would allow to add levity, a more specific amount of amusement and delight, rather than what the laughter emoji is capable of. In general, it’s a great response to everyone’s dramatic laments.

Could I trigger it if I trapped you in a clown car, sent you down a sewer with some red balloons, stuck a flaming hoop around your neck like a collar, rammed a ringmaster's cane up your butt so far that it pokes out your mouth (ignore the intestinal damage), and then make you bounce the plastic balls of the circus around like a demented seal?
