Does Adding a story to Reading List Immediately Update the Reading List

I can't seem to add a story to a Reading List. Does it take time for it to show up?

No. It should pop up immediately. Try reloading the page. Or check if you’re in the right list

It also shows as a first-chspter reading in the stats page of the story.

It seems likes Scribble Hub hates Vivaldi, or at least Vivaldi with my current settings. Reading Lists worked correctly on Brave.
