Content warning filter?

I've just found the Release Filtering and wondered if there's a similar filter for content warnings. Is there a way to filter stories with sexual content? If not, I'd like a feature that can filter them (and maybe other warnings as well, if other people request so) from my homepage.

Warnings, Tags, etc.

But Honestly, the Content warnings ought to be added to the release filters.

I get why the release filters are kept simple, but content warnings fit that.
