Chapters stay as Draft even after clicking Publish Now

Hi, I’m having a problem with my novel chapters. I clicked Publish Now for all my chapters today, but they all show up as Draft instead of published.
I didn’t schedule anything and I checked in another browser. Can someone help me fix this?

If you're new, all novels must be approved. Usually takes an hour to 12 hours.
