Resolved Chapter not showing up

Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with my series [https://www.scribblehub.com/series/1578885/escape-from-the-ghost-hotel/]. When I publish new chapters, they don’t show up in the latest updates or anywhere on the site. Could you please help me figure out if there is a problem with my series or if it has been hidden or banned? Thank you for your assistance!
