Change the 'new chapter comment' notification to include which chapter was commented on

As it says in the title. It would be nice to see which chapter was commented on when getting a comment notification. Not a big deal, but it would make it a little more streamlined than having to open multiple tabs (which often but not always end up being the same chapter anyway) and then promptly close most of them again since it turns out I only need the one tab.

I'm one of those people who tries to respond to every comment, so anything which makes it less likely that I miss one would be welcome.

It took me about a week to realize they are a direct link on the "Chapter Comment" blue field.. Would be nice if it were clearer which one, but that is usually enough.

I cottoned onto that immediately, but it would be nice if rather than having to click on each link or count the comments versus notifs, I could just see that this comment is on that chapter and this one on another. Not a huge deal, just a small quality of life change.

I don't know much about coding, but since the link already references the chapter I figured (hoped) it wouldn't be terribly complicated to change the link text from 'chapter comment' to the appropriate chapter title.
