Recommend me danmei with rebirth, reincarnation, or similar themes, where in the original story the ML (top) was supposed to end up dating someone else instead of the MC, but by the end of the story the ML becomes interested in the MC, and the ending is MC and ML together.

Again, I'd pitch "Dawn of the Dragon".
It's not Danmei, though; I don't often read Danmei in the first place - in the sense that it's specifically Chinese literature.
Depending on how "ML was meant to be with someone else" is meant, I'd also pitch "Phoenix of the Nine Heavens", because it's a good story, and technically, the ML was not meant to be with the MC for numerous reasons, but I don't believe he had anyone specific he had been betrothed to either.
