Better quicklinks and notifications/alerts?

Howdy. Relatively new here, following some favorite authors from TGST. Mostly happy with site usability, including not having to log in often to do much, other than message/comment (that's OK). However, two issues are bugging me:

- I can't find a way to be notified by email when an author posts a new chapter to a favorite story. Is there one? All I can do is hunt around looking for update dates, which works but is tedious. Or go to the place that lists activity, but must be logged in, and go there proactively.

- Saving quicklinks to favorite authors -- helpful, but ends up on their main/messages page, I must find and click Series to switch to stories, and the URL does not change. Would be nice if I could quicklink directly to an author's Series page. Any way to do that?

Okay.

1) I don't think there's a way to get email notifications as of yet, only the little bell which informs about author's profile posts. To make it easier to check for updates of your favourite series, create a dedicated reading list and name it whatever you want and add/move the series there so later you can just scroll through the list in your Reading tab without scrolling through hundreds of them if that's how many you have added to the common Reading list.

2) It's possible to link to an author's Series page in his profile. Use ?sp=1 after the main link, like this https://www.scribblehub.com/profile/27928/saileri/?sp=1. You can't go straight there by clicking somewhere on unfortunately.

Add the stories to your Reading List and check the list once a day.

Should solve all your problems.
