So my character in her precarious moment had to quickly deliver her child. Without readily available tools combine with the fact that her body is too tough for cutting tools to leave a dense on the tissue, it took multiple slashes for her to go through the skin and fat layer above her c-section region.

Then she reached for her womb and tore it away like people tearing wrapping paper. It must have hurt a lot is what I assume but I don't know how much. Is there a lot of nerves lining in and around the womb?

Immediately thought of pudendal nerve injury.

Edit: did a little research, and it seems the hypogastric nerves, pelvic splanchnic nerves, and pelvic plexus and its vesical branches could also get injured. But really, I would worry about all those arteries, too!

Since she's not a normal human, it doesn't really matter. You can write her how you want.

As someone who has been pregnant, I'd say there aren't a lot of nerves in the uterus. It's a muscle, so when the fetus kicks, it's like getting a massage. There are a few more nerves in the cervix, but not a huge amount.
