Give up on web referrals. Or use social media that isn't social media, like YouTube.

Though just because you hate social media, doesn't mean you can't use it. I won't do that, because I'm lazy. But theoretically all you have to do is make an account and post every chapter you release. Along with links to your patreon or anything like that you may have.

Basically the same tricks you can use on SH, just with different websites, I guess.
