Not exactly sure what you are looking for with this, but the closest I've come was an idea for a project that was scrapped before I could even propose it. An old group called the "Role Playing Gamers Association (RPGA)" had a convention-only Gothic Horror campaign called The Living Death. They were planning to have some big events around the Worlds' Faire in Chicago (the one H. H. Holmes had his "official start" at). I was planning to write up a "Frankenstein-like" story where a mad scientist (now he'd be called an "Incel" but I had never heard of the term back then) wanted to build the perfect woman and was killing women with exceptional physical traits, then discarding the body parts that were not exceptional ("This dancer has perfect legs, but I don't need the rest of her. That politician's wife has perfect lips but she's overweight and ugly. That courtesan has perfect hair, I need it...") to build her and animate her with electricity and a touch of magic... So, he definitely had an "amputated beauty collection" to work from...

Wow. So now I'm an incel if I butcher a few dozen women to create that perfect wife? Damn. You people are IMPOSSIBLE to please. I'm not hurting YOU, so why are you being so judgemental of ME?

People just cant be pleased with anything anymore. So much toxicity in the world today.

Just reminded me .....I promised my Serenity a new pair of eyes. She has green but she's been obsessing over this particular pair of grays....

Well, I wasn't naming any names, but if the shoe fits... :D

(What I meant was I created a character who WAS an Incel before I'd ever heard the term in my life).

Fine. Me and Serenity will compromise then I guess. We'll only take one of the local corner-store girl's gray eyes. Heterochromia is still sexy right? Serenity will just have to make due with one green, and one gray eye. Now the question is, left one or right one?

I hope you guys are happy.

All this unnecessary and unpleasant judgment has made what was originally just a simple maul-and-snatch job, now into something more complicated. I might even need to wait until tomorrow night just so I can plan things better!!
What a bunch of assholes you guys turned out to be. I thought we were friends.

There is said to be a domain. A haven and a cage, a place for those who have lost a part of them to find solace, a place to seal away the damaged goods, a hiden cove and a gilded jail.

In that place, none that live are whole. Some are missing a finger, a toe or a limb. Some have scars and some lack an organ. Even the animals are, in a way or another, crippled. The plants are torn, twisted or bent. Yet all live, all thrive, and all are loved for their amputated beauty, and not in spite of it.

You do not find that place. It finds you, as you stumble a step out of the beaten path. That one step seals your fate, as you are never to be seen again. Of those chosen, each is unique in their deformity. None have the same exact injuries, but as the combinations are truly endless, and the thirst of its master for new inhabitants never quenches, the domain keeps expanding.

The master of the domain is herself an enigma. Even her name is shrouded in mystery. She appears once to the lost traveller, to the future prisoner, to the newest addition to her collection. She is said to be perfection itself, whole, unblemished, vibrant, a cruel beacon to counterbalance all of her collection of amputated beauty and a constant reminder of what was lost.

To the few who know the truth, though, she belongs to the domain as much as the domain belongs to her. It is as much, if not even more of a prison to her as it is to its other denizens. For all of her body's perfection, for all of her regal demeanour, she is the original, and maybe the only true prisoner of her domain. Her injury cannot be seen, but those who have met her gaze will know. They will feel the hollowness inside, for she is without a soul.
