I have to edit a cover and it's annoying to have to wait for poor tony to do it only for it to still come out wonky

I'm pretty sure you used to be able to see the cover when you uploaded it. The approval process that takes place when you try to upload your first chapter would also check the cover. I loved taking advantage of that and creating dummy stories just to see how the cover looked.

Now I believe it's gone.

Either way it needs manual approval. First time I uploaded a cover was coincidental with Tony’s online presence.

Realized afterwards that he witnessed me changing my cover 3 times in 5 minutes because of a typo and incorrect ratio issue. Noob mistakes. :blob_facepalm:

Why not resize it to the correct size first? It is there, described when uploading an image:

250x350 pixels is recommended

I never had problems with covers. I know the size; just cut it so it looks good.

it's hard to make it look how you want and edit it to the 250x350 when you're using an image from online. (You should at least try and not let it be scrunched up to hell, though)
