My question:
1. To who are the customers? Because at the minimum, I don't think that they will be from worlds similar to ours; modern and completely lame in lacking supernatural power.
2. What is the supermarket manager's actual role in this? In Otherworld Internet Cafe, the owner can grow stronger by going into the game worlds, but he require to have customers using his cafe ib order to gain access to the powers. Also, this will inevitably change how the power scaling of the denizens of the world. The cultivators who went into GTA got inspired by the handphones and made cool talismans, the martial artists went into SNK and got SNK powers.

Bro it's a writing prompt I am looking for people to write a story based on this so feel free to choose what you want as you customer base
Maybe you can choose demons and a demon lord as the customer base and they'll be too busy munching snacks and getting addicted to vedio games to try conquering the world

I never played any proper games other that clash of clans and call of duty mobile but the items which are common, I will write one which I read somewhere but don't remember.
In the another world similar to earth evolution of humans is going onto the next step and they are going to have some spirit creatures attached to their souls but the heavenly Dao can't attach this spirit creatures directly to the souls of existing and living humans. Now these is where our MC comes. He has a supermarket that connects to another world and there is a administrator in this supermarket that works similar to a system and is a product of a cosmic system making company which gives it the power to connect the supermarket to another world. The heavenly Dao contact this company for help in order to attach the spirit creatures to the living humans and evolve them and the company gives this task to our MC's supermarket administrator.
The task MC gets is to become a online trading platform in another world and sell the game items as the product into a VR game and make the game more exciting. This game was made by heavenly Dao. The MC's supermarket will sell the items according to the games level . After mid game the heavenly Dao will introduce the eggs of this spirit creatures as pets system into the game. This pet eggs will be sold form our MC supermarket. Finally millions of the humans will evolve and get their spirit outside the game after reaching some level in game. And MC'S mission is complete. As for the cosmic company the heavenly Dao will pay it with cosmic power and administrator and MC will also get rewards.

Hmm... You can make a similar shop from Neptunia Hyperdimesion, Black Desert Mobile, Honkai Impact 3rd, Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero, Toram Online, and many more.
I've played around of games in a lifetime, so I can't remember them all. Just choose which one as your based shop from your favorite game, then build the Items you want to sell.
Or you can just choose the Snail, I mean War Thunder. Where you sell Confidential Military Documents as a Item.
But let'us not forget about the Customers you want to sell. It can be an Otaku, Tech Enthusiast, or even; a NFT seller.
That's all about it, I've got too much free time in my Job.

I read your two chapters. The only way we can determine if the novel is great once you wrote at least 50k words. For now, I can say it's promising.
