Do I need to reveal everything till the end of my series.

I don't believe so, there's an author (Andur on royalroadl) with a multiverse of reincarnated souls, it has the same 2 main characters but doesn't give all their lives away in one book. It's one of my favorites. Edit: all the details of their multiple lives and how they connect.

Is writing a 'science' or 'art'

I get your meaning and actually love your word for it. I even talked about horticulture, I really like how a couple others put it as a craft. I hadn't thought of that as a mixture of both until now.

Can I get a bit of advice for a short story, it's really full of symbolism and such, not sure most would like it.

Thank you, I understand a bit more now. I'm not big on tarot cards, I knew of the lover but it makes sense it may be misconstrued that way. The eagle headed walking stick was a last gift from my father before cancer took him, I thought it embodied freedom to walk the path I chose. We had a rocky...

Sorry to bother you, but I would like your opinion about my writing.

I haven't read more than the first two chapters but I love you're naming lol. I usually put capitals On They or The and got stuck. I prefer using capitals for gods, not mortals. I'd probably use some weird English name, so I like your names more. The Demon Kings Gardner is similar, love the story.

Is writing a 'science' or 'art'

It's like a spiritual experience in my mind, trying to think of how to say it. It's a love letter to the world? I'm really not sure how to put my thoughts into words. In my mind true art is a love letter to some aspect of the world. Do you love trees? You write a poem about trees, with rules or...

Is writing a 'science' or 'art'

Lol simple and to the point, I like it. That's how I believe, but I thought it'd be a fun discussion.

Is writing a 'science' or 'art'

Love the discussion from all of you, hell you're all right in your own ways. Even the most artistic and abstract of sculpture follows a few rules (depending on the material) you can't have a giant arm sticking away from the structure without the right material as it's base. Even an aluminum or...

Is writing a 'science' or 'art'

I can agree with that, sure one can argue experience is evidence for a 'fact' but that's not science. Maybe now there's science saying fish improves the nitrogen content of the soil, but it used to just be 'wisdom' or maybe something like cultural or accepted knowledge. Not sure what a good word...

Is writing a 'science' or 'art'

I understand that, I see science as more experiments and seeing which works best, or the 'generally agreed upon ' rules of the universe. Like there are English 'laws' like scientific laws but they can be bent.

Is writing a 'science' or 'art'

That's my belief, I prefer the artistic side but I still appreciate the scientific side some. You need scientific works for horticultural science, but I prefer more character driven historical documents.

Is writing a 'science' or 'art'

Yessir, I'm just trying to figure out how others may view my story lol. It's all a good thing, just wondering if others view

Is writing a 'science' or 'art'

I mean science as In pure rules. Art as in something more fluid but with a couple simple rules.

Do you speak with 'the Writers Spirit's or with your personal spirit?

Passion alone doesn't make good writing, I know you like arguing with people from your posts , but don't just throw random accusations. I never said I was a writer, never said anything of the sort. I believe writing is BETTER with passion, not required. You're freaking out about me mentioning...

Is writing a 'science' or 'art'

That's what I wanted to express, thank you. I have no negative views on more linguistics in writing, but I feel more artistic in my own. Fine I'll give up on mark twain, he was just an example id thought of. But efficiency in showing emotion in writing? Do you know people? They feel...

Do you speak with 'the Writers Spirit's or with your personal spirit?

You are funny, twain wanted to express express emotions, not science. There is a science to emotions, I don't deny that, but you seem to deny the basic expression of art without science. Do you think Grandma (the one who became an artist at 70/80) became an artist through science? No she Loved...

Is writing a 'science' or 'art'

My writing purpose was not for the 'average bloke' but my love. I cared not for the random readers emotions, there are different focuses for writing than the general public. Do you believe mark twain was not 'posessed' when he wrote his short poems? Writing is not a science but a loving art...

    Electrum - BL fantasy adventure!

Not sure if I'd call it beautiful, bittersweet is better in my mind.

That's what editing after the 'possesion' is for. I wrote my small chapters in a moment of passion but I did edit them after ( still missed a couple writing errors)

    Things you've learned Through writing

Exactly how I feel, but I felt that for a couple years before I really started sharing my story. If it's a story with Truth in it, it's harder to share. Phone died and lost a paragraph, but any artist of stone, wood, paper or words, will crush themselves with doubts, but that's proof of the care...
