Was discharged from the hospital earlier today, technically yesterday given the time, unfortunately they couldn’t find the issue and want me to follow up with my GI. Hopefully I won’t need another IV for a long time sleeping with one constantly making noise, plus the needle, was a constant pain.

Have been working on a piece of music that is essentially unsalvageable at this point without a full rewrite. I do like the motif it is driven by, but it is the only motif in the piece which makes it slightly flat. This is remedied to an extent by the instruments and the style of the piece, but my lack of rhythm still shot it in the cradle.
