You are what your PFP is. Use something less ambiguous, especialy since slater is most commonly a male name.

But to keep on purposely calling them “he” after they already corrected multiple times means it doesn’t matter what the pfp or the name is. They’re gonna be called the wrong thing out of spite.

Some people get really up in arms about pronouns, but it really doesn't cost anything to give that bare amount of respect to the person you're talking to
