If it's a biological woman identifying as a man, then it will come out the usual way.

It can be like a male seahorse in which the babies pop out of the pouch. In this case, the man’s belly.

I like this idea. Now, someone just has to practically do this.

The idea of male pregnancy is kinda insane.

I've been around the internet too much sigh, think of how birds do it but mammalian style.

I thought of how hyenas have babies first, but I didn't want to curse dudes on this forum with that thought.

A polyp forms on the bladder and expands outwards against the intestines. This is the male womb. During birthing the urethra relaxes and the baby slides out through it.
