Funny how its a BL novel and the tl mostly changes it to female-nya

If it is Chinese the word for he/she is pronounced the same, so if someone is rushing out updates perhaps they made a typo 他 and 她. It could also be a cultural thing that I am not privy to, I do know that the masculine 他 is somewhat seen as gender neutral, but that doesn’t seem to be the issue… I‘m going to look it up real quick.
