I don't know why I am so disappointed by the CN interpretation of becoming an awakened/ gaining a job.

So far, I have seen using a job scroll, doing a ritual and recently, I have seen two times that the way to gain a job is to basically become excellent at a skill and then the person can be awakened.

The last one I get it, keep grinding until unlock, but at the same time, it feels so fucking lame.
