@Representing_Tromba The trick is, it's not just rice. If you simply boil rice and roll it into a sphere it won't turn into an onigiri. They use rice vinegar, seaweed, various toppings. But I get where you are coming from. Honestly, yakisoba bread looks like a cousin of philly cheesesteak that got a couple extra chromosomes.
