I swear, while I love the main character. Their complexity gives me even more reason to push them off further down the line.

Though, whenever I do that. When their time comes, it is a gigantic section. :blob_no:

Did you change the font for each half?

Nah, that isn’t the issue. As this is represented through dialogue tags, descriptions, etc. It is pretty easily identifiable.

What I mean is that, I just added onto the amount of things I will have to remember. Already when I am writing, I am juggling many things at once. And the way scenes will have to progress.

As long as it doesn't confuse the reader, I guess.
Do you have some kind of chart or notes for all of this in case you forget?

Yep, I keep track of everything. ?

Funny enough, this is really only a problem with the main character. They are extremely complex.

I guess on the plus side, they typically remain on the side now. I tend to use that as an excuse to not write something else, unless I really need to do expansion. That or my brain decides to not cooperate with me. :blob_blank:

You know how this one was supposed to end? It was supposed to end with the main’s awakening being the end of it. No, my dumbass brain said.

“I got a genius idea. Yes, yes. They will awaken in the end. Though, why don’t you also make it that their fallen half acts as a presence. That they are both the same, they are whole, but their dialogues can be both the same and separate.”

Me,

“Turn it off! Turn it off!!!”

Brain,

“Too late! Forwarding the idea now!”

Me,

“I am so fcked…” :blob_blank: :blob_no:
