What is it?

Terraria has a defined end (with killing the moonlord), minecraft doesnt.

Technically Terraria is an endless game… the bosses only add to the experience but they don’t define it… I mean if defeating the moon lord was the end then I can beat the entire game in 7 hours on an off day… and I most certainly wouldn’t have played it every day for 11 years-nya.

Also according to that logic defeating the Ender Dragon in Minecraft is the end of the game as well since the credits roll all the same-nya.

What is forever world?

It is a world you continue to play on forever instead of creating a new one-nya.

If you want to see it that way sure, but to me terraria is all about the killing to get more powerful loop while minecraft isnt.

Wait, you guys jump from world to world???

I did some world hopping in MC but it was mostly when my regular server wiped for major patches.
