Might be my mental state right now but I can't stomach the current work after c200.

To put it bluntly, the author enjoys making detestable characters and keeping them alive as long as possible.

All while MC fluctuates madly in between weak against strong to barely on par against strong.

Currently reading a CN and the first arc revolves around 2 pairs of brothers; MC and his dead big bro and the two Zhang brothers.

I think the author tried his hardest to do a parallel between the 2 pairs, but... it kind of fails hard.

Going chronologically, Zhang Big bro sold his asshole to an older man for martial arts and a constable status.

Kind of why I liked CN better.

Stupid word play like 撞大运.

MTL and I thought it meant good luck.

The context was static MC hitting (撞) a speeding truck (大运, an actual China car brand )

Ps. I did not know 大运 is a car brand and just means truck.

Watched Mufasa and all I got to say is that Taka is badly done.

Yes he is a spoilt cowardly brat raised by a father who is just a male chauvinistic slacker.

Yes he is constantly in the shadow of a better man.

Yes his initial function is to literally save Mufasa at the beginning and that was it. He then serves as his contrast forever.

You know, as I write again, I am starting to think that Chinese and Korean names are the best at being random as hell. Good for making throwaway characters.

The Japanese names are the same but because too many square blocks of words or odd slashes and symbols or the romanji syllable is too freaking long, my eyes get tired. Same thing when you random generate english fantasy names ffs.
