I think originally It was available to all, but the rules changed, I deduce it is unlockable like "titles".
Since "title" require 50 posts (not including community games), I imagine banner is 100 posts.

I am working on regaining my access.

Really? B/c @JaxCreation has a banner on hers, and she only has 13 points. I guess the rules changed VERY recently, I guess.

Ah, I see. I don't have the option for a title or banner on mine.

@Generic.Archdemon The option has vanished, so no, I can't change it.

Whelp... back to trying to get to 100 posts.... Still can't bring my self to endlessly post "Yes, I agree" or "I enjoy your post, and I found it funny, Ha Ha" over and over ...

Maybe I'll start a thread...
