I just love Ultraman Belial's descend into madness, he wanted power for whatever reason he doesn't share with other, nobody understand him and will never understand him because of his selfishness.
Ultraman Geed, his son, was the only one who tried to understand him but he still push his own son away. At this point, he was so lost in the persue of power he forgot why he he did it in the first place.
I'm a big fan of duality, so I want a story where the Goddess of Light is feared and the God of Darkness is who people flees to. Like the Goddess of Light could be a trickster god with her ability to create illusions with light, while the God of Darkness is also the God of Comfort who protects people in their slumber.
