Started very fun and enjoyable. MC is the same the whole book, no character growth and tslks down to everyone. Has become monotonous and boring with the same character interactions. You can almost guess the whole conversations. Just make the MC as rude as possible and condescending and you have the end result known one sentence in.

Yes, obviously. If they are reincarnations, their core personalities would be already set in stone. Do you seriously expect character development from someone who has already lived?

There could be some character development with regards to building relationships with people, I suppose.
And if their personality was initially harsh and brusque, it could potentially be softened as they bond with more people and gain a love for something in their new life.

But that would be something that would subtly change over a long period of time, so might not be as noticeable.
That's if you did that with the MC.

I suppose, but that is more evolution rather than revolution. Does interaction equal character development? I am not sure.
