She got a call from a guy she knew who offered to help baby sitting but she turned him down because she didn't feel well. Then she hands up and hears her dead sister talking to her, constantly encouraging her to get her phone because she is having a stroke and her brain is dying and she needs to get it while she still can.

She tries to grab it from the coffee table but just falls on the floor because her legs don't work. Her sister calmly keeps encouraging her until she gets it an calls the man back.

He tries to talk to her but she can only moan and he quickly figures out something is very wrong.
