That's crazy. There's a clear line between being dedicated to the craft and just being deranged, there.

I mean, if you wanna write what you know, cool. But I wouldn't wanna live thst sort of life.

I mean, thst's pretty debatable, given the amount of asian sites thst abuse authors too

Being accurate AND making it interesting
depends on talent/writing skills of author

Some people can make a paragraph about medical explanations boring
some can make it very fun to read (like my fav "Hospital in another world" that btw got wholesome enjoyable PLOT ARMOR with logic too + TRUE LIKEABLE tsundere FL)
