The biggest problem for women when losing weight is the fact you lose the fat of the breasts first ...Well... (look down) Not like i can't lose a lot for my case
I always gain muscle before losing anything, so if anything I bulk up a bit- even when I swam for an hour every day for months straight (I had an instructor for a time)
Diet : can fail, can rebound, can rebound even fatter Losing fat : lose breasts first Losing weight : burn muscles first Just me or reality is a giant troll ? or did God mistakenly put the system in reverse ?
