I like eat Thai chilies like eating grapes. At first it went as well as you expected, painful and I wanted to die, but after a while I started to enjoy it, from minced to eventually treating it like morning coffee.

Nothing wake you up better than a hot chili pepper in the morning :D

Yes, it isn't healthy to eat chili as the first thing in the morning, but it's like an addiction now.
