I think it's obvious, and you understand it yourself. Necromancers don't reanimate people. What they do is control bodies\souls like puppets. Those zombies, skeletons, ghosts, and so on still want to die.

I mean I don’t know about depression but they should be able to heal boners with all the bones they deal with.
