What does it mean to have "insufficient privileges to post threads"?

You need 5 messages to be able to post links.

A "message" is any post that is not on Community Games or Profile Posts.

To post new threads, you need to wait 24h since your account was created, or 30min since your first "message", whichever comes first.

Well, I'm back again sorry for being a bother you guys...

So uhm.... I created my account yesterday at 4:19pm so the 24hrs have already passed right? But the msg "you have insufficient privileges to post threads here" is still silently laughing in my face, so..... I'm super lost again
