You know when people say, “US government statistics say that 50% (giving a random number) of gun violence in America happens in poor black communities so that must means that black people must be more violent than whites,” That’s racist.

No, I don't know because I don't live in the US, and the meaning of the word racism hasn't changed in my native language.

It’s very common in the US for people to act “smart” or “enlightened” by using facts from a history book in the wrong way. It’s like the Nazis justifying their genocide against the Jews because they ousted Jesus Christ to the Roman Empire. I’m just ranting at this point.

What I don't understand with racism is that, why people have to be racist? I mean, Asian, black, or white, we all are humans capable of thinking, and feeling. And those crimes...it happens everywhere all the same.

Not inherently. Stating a fact isn’t racist in of itself. If you attach a statement like “all those Negroes are absolute trash!” After that it’s racist.
