Meowdia is a lovely place, despite what the Internet would tell you. Like seriously people online are so unfairly biased against India, especially the news.

We have some of the best healthcare in the world, all socialised and affordable. We have super high standards for education. We support small industries and innovation.

I would say in the South it would be funsies. About population, we have some issues like that here too. Also, most young people want to leave too, but the question is, is that what life is about? Is it all about money and job? Maybe.

I don't think I can really answer what life is meant to be in a way that justifies India being a worse choice tbh. I kinda never had any luck making friends here. So it's a little fleeting hope that maybe things are different elsewhere.

Anynya, back to you. It is always something I wonder, whether we also have a responsibility towards the society that has raised us and those around.If you go now, you will be missing, If you only aim to optimise yourself in the American way where only individual wealth matters and everything else be damned, that is of course the correct choice.But I wonder if that is right way for humanity as a society.

But I do not know, how family centred Indian society is.

India is very family centered mn. There is a pressure to marry young because of it...

But I think that's why sometimes it just...feels too much you now?

I agree we should contribute to society for humanity's sake and all. A very big problem in India currently indeed is that students study here but then get a job in America. And we do absolutely love our socialism here.

But sometimes you know, I want a pet gecko. And I would like it if random people didn't be overly familiar and kept asking me why I didn't just get a dog like a normal person.

For me mnh, I am not very much into money. For me a bigger priority is to find a place where I feel like I belong. People who can accept me with all the problems and difficulties I bring.

I do want to avoid America myself cuz of that. I prefer Europe cuz of better rights and more socialism. It's not much about high salary for me; but just getting a job. Right now over here I cannot find a job period. I can't even get hired for unpaid internships.
