So, I might have to change the title. I wanted to mean smth like: the MC has only 366 days to live and the story will be about what she is gonna do in those days.
lol i figured that's what you meant, i was just being dumb.
I suppose it really depends on whether it's a comedy, romance, or drama.
I figure that's the route you're going, yes?
Yes, it's gonna be adventure, romance and probably comedy too. I have nothing but the title and the cover tho lmao. I need to start plotting after my exams.
But you have an ideal version in your mind, right?
If so, you just place what you would want in the story.
Just don't forget to make it a little strained because no romance is perfect.
It's a balancing act sort of.
Yeah, so you just take what you like/would want and make it your own.
You find the right tone for your story and you'll be fine.
If it resonates with you then it will resonate with others.
I'm not planning on putting much thought or effort in this one. Because whenever I put too much effort in any novel, I just stretch it for too long. I keep thinking about the future so I don't know what I should do in present.
So, I'm just gonna write this as if I'm the MC who doesn’t know what whimsy decision she might make tmr.
I'm a discovery writer.
I really have no idea what i'll write next lol.
It's as much an adventure for my mc as it is for me...
Maybe you should just go at it like that, and when it's done, it's done.
Even you don't know when it will end.
That's how i roll.
Just do what you'd normally do and to hell with the consequences, it's only a story after all.
Plus, there's always something new to try that way.
I write from a little bit of hope, experience, and a little frustration.
It keeps things interesting enough i suppose.
It suggests they have the power to see the future...
