Yes orzz...and stress I imagine..

My mother cooks the aubergines until they are soft and mushy! But that texture is too gooey for me >.<!! It tastes like I am swallowing something that's not supposed to be food.

I like it when they are dry and roasted, but my mother is concerned that won't kill any worms that might be hiding within.
